What to Expect During Your Appointment

Medical cannabis evaluations appointments take approximately 20 minutes in the office where the provider assesses the patients past and current medical history.  The patient will be asked to complete assessments for depression, anxiety and PTSD.  

After a complete assessment the provider will determine if the patient is an appropriate candidate for the medical cannabis program.  

If it is determined that the patient will benefit from medical cannabis, the provider will electronically approve the patient for their card during the appointment and provide the patient with their certification number.  

The patient will then go online and apply with the required information.
